ABOUT

I was the Weight Watchers Leader in Warwick  for 6 years, encouraging many people across my 4 weekly meetings to lose some 600 stone each year. Early 2007 I qualified as a fitness instructor, initially to encourage my Members to undertake some exercise in the form of  Body Conditioning and Aquafit. I have been an Active Walking Trainer since April 2010 & run "Walk Fit", "Walk Firm" and" Walk off Weight" courses looking at posture & alignment & improving fitness levels when walking.

I qualified as a Fitness Pilates instructor in September 2011 and an imove Freely Biomechanics coach in November 2013.  I introduced Warwick to UNITE, the wonderful fusion of exercise styles incorporating Yoga, Pilates & Body Conditioning so that I could continue to influence more people to get the activity bug. September ’16 saw the launch of SOSA Dance Fitness so that ladies can now dance themselves happy!               

My degree is in Biochemistry & I’ve always enjoyed the workings of the human body. My weekly Healthy Living Club means I am back in weight management again & love being able to encourage people with their weight loss & health goals. In May '18 I became a Synergy distributor, focusing initially on a 21 Day Gut Rehab programme and how we can nurture our Microbiome. Taking care of our immunity is of vital importance especially in 2020 and Synergy have V3 (Vitality 3) which can help with this. 

I have been told my ability to inspire & motivate is obvious as soon as you meet me. I really believe you can fit a little bit of activity into everyday life & reap the rewards in how you feel all over. To see my classes click here.
